Website privacy policy
How information is handled when you browse this website or contact Nua Security.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy covers the Nua Security website and enquiries made through it. For questions about privacy, contact mail@thenuasecurity.com.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, organisation, service of interest, and a message. We use the information you choose to provide to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement, and maintain relevant business correspondence.
Please do not include passwords, access credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential technical evidence in a website enquiry. We can agree a suitable transfer method if further information is needed.
How the contact form works
When the form offers “Prepare email”, your details are used in your browser to create an email draft. Preparing the draft does not send it. Information is sent when you choose to send the message through your own email app.
When direct delivery is available and the form offers “Send enquiry”, your details are transmitted to our website server and email delivery provider, then delivered to Nua Security. We do not maintain a separate website database of contact submissions.
Technical information
Our hosting service may process routine technical information, such as your IP address, request time, browser information, and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the website. The contact service uses a short-lived request counter to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies, analytics, and fonts
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or an account system. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. This requires your browser to request font files from Google, which may receive routine connection information, including your IP address.
Service providers
Website hosting, email delivery, and email services may process information needed to operate the site and handle correspondence. Your own email provider also processes messages you send from an email draft. Service providers may operate infrastructure outside your country.
Retention and protection
Enquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond, maintain a relevant business record, or meet applicable obligations. We limit the information requested through the website and ask you to use an agreed secure channel for sensitive material.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw an enquiry. We may need to confirm your identity and explain any information we must retain.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or its services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
